ISG and IRG series vertical single-stage centrifugal pumps
The ISG and IRG series vertical single-stage centrifugal pumps are a type of vertical centrifugal pump mainly used for pipeline system pressurization, which is optimized and designed based on the IS type pump produced by our company and combined with the characteristics of pipeline pumps. It can completely replace IL and IS pumps in various usage scenarios, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water tower boosting water supply, fire boosting, pipeline boosting, long-distance water supply, heating and cooling cycle water supply, and other occasions. Considering that all hydraulic models of this series of pumps adopt the hydraulic model of IS pumps, the high efficiency and energy-saving characteristics of IS pumps are maintained. In addition, the pump is elastically connected to the motor, installed vertically, sealed with mechanical seals, and supported by advanced shock-absorbing devices. Therefore, this pump has the characteristics of smooth operation, reliability, low noise, and wide range of use. It is an ideal single-stage single suction centrifugal pipeline circulating booster pump.
Product features:
A has strong practicality and a wide range of performance parameters
The performance parameters of this series of pumps adopt the ISO2858 international standard, with a flow range of 1.5~1600m3/h, a head of 8~125m, and a cavitation allowance of 2.5~7m. Each type of pump is usually divided into five types: Z, O, A, B, and C, with a total of 291 specifications.
B Easy to install
The inlet and outlet diameters of the pump are the same, and their centerlines are on the same straight line. They can be installed at any position and direction in the pipeline like valves. In addition, the pump is equipped with mounting feet, which greatly facilitates the installation and stability of the pump.
C has low vibration and noise
The pump is elastically connected to a regular V1 motor, avoiding vibration and noise caused by connection errors and excessively long cantilever shafts in direct pumps; The impeller undergoes strict static balancing to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the water pump at high speeds; In addition, the equipment is supported by low-noise sliding bearings, resulting in good operating performance, low noise, and minimal vibration.
D saves money
Due to its unique installation structure, it greatly reduces the footprint and space, reduces the pump room area, and saves users money. Using V1 motor, it can be used outdoors.
E seal is reliable
The shaft seal adopts high-quality and reliable high-pressure mechanical seals to ensure that it does not leak. Packing sealing can also be used according to user requirements.
F has high efficiency
The performance curve of this series of pumps has no hump, and the suction chamber adopts a spiral suction chamber, which makes the liquid flow more in line with the principles of fluid mechanics. It has lower noise and 2%~5% higher efficiency than direct pumps (using a circular suction chamber). It can be operated in series or parallel according to user requirements.
G has a long service life
High efficiency, low noise, and minimal vibration ensure a long service life of the equipment.
Working conditions:
The maximum working pressure of this series of pumps is 1.6 MPa, which means that the outlet pressure=pump inlet pressure+pump head<1.6 MPa. The static pressure test of the pump body is 2.4 MPa. If the pump system pressure exceeds the lower 1.6 MPa, please specify when ordering. This series of pumps can deliver clean water with a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃ or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Add a cooling system on the pump cover to transport the above medium at 85 ℃~130 ℃. If the transport medium contains small particles, please specify when ordering.
